Why do we use your data?
The details you provide are used to answer enquiries, prepare activities, manage bookings, payments, invoicing and complaints. Depending on their purpose, these operations are based on requested pre-contractual steps, performance of the contract, our legal obligations or our legitimate interest in service follow-up and security.
Online booking and external services
The site uses Guidap for bookings. Information needed for your order is processed by our team and booking and payment providers according to their roles. Required fields are indicated during booking. The hosting provider may process technical data needed for site operation and security. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, requiring a connection to that external service.
Google reviews on the homepage are embedded using a Jotform component. Loading it connects to that external service.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or booking, then where necessary in limited archives to meet legal obligations or defend our rights. Accounting and invoicing records are kept for ten years. Ask our team for the retention periods applying to your case.
Your rights
Under the conditions of the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Send your request to contact@azimut-aventures.fr or our registered office. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity. You may also complain to the CNIL.
Google Analytics and your choices
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits. This service processes browsing, device and connection information. The analytics tag loads only after you accept. Personalised advertising is not enabled by this integration.
Accept or decline in the banner, then withdraw or change your choice using “Manage cookies” in the footer. Your choice is saved in your browser for six months unless you delete or change it. Google processes collected information under its privacy policy, which describes processing and international transfers.
Cookies and trackers
Booking components may use technical cookies or storage to make the cart and checkout work. Non-essential trackers, including advertising or non-exempt analytics, require prior consent when used. Refusing these trackers must not prevent access to website content.

For questions about your booking or a written complaint, contact contact@azimut-aventures.fr, giving your booking reference and activity date.
Cancel or reschedule your booking
Something unexpected? Contact us on 06 30 36 09 57 or at contact@azimut-aventures.fr with your booking reference. Please let us know as soon as possible to help us organise, without a fixed cancellation deadline.
We consider each request flexibly and work with you to find a suitable solution: rescheduling subject to availability, a refund or another mutually agreed option. No automatic penalty schedule based on the timing of your request applies. If you could not attend, please contact our team too.
The agreed solution is confirmed in writing. A credit voucher is not imposed in place of an agreed refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation by our team
If we cancel your activity before it starts, including for safety reasons, you may choose rescheduling subject to availability or a refund for the cancelled service. A credit voucher may also be offered with your agreement.
